The SHB-3000X — цифровой тестер твёрдости Brinell is an integrated hardness testing device with a precision mechanical structure and closed-loop control system, which automatically completes the entire process of loading, dwell, and unloading, featuring high testing accuracy and easy operation. Supporting conversion between multiple hardness scales, it comes with a high-definition large screen and automatic calculation functions, and can be connected to a computer for data export; with a test force range of 61.29N (6.25KGF) ~ 29420N (3000KGF), a hardness measuring range of 3.8~658HBW, and a microscope resolution of 1μm, it is suitable for hardness testing of various materials such as cast iron, steel products, and nonferrous metals.

Особенность:
SHB-3000X Digital Тестер твёрдости Бринелла is a unified product combining the precise mechanical structure and the load cell control system. The instrument adopts the motorized test force application without weights, and uses 0.5‰ accuracy compression sensor to feedback and the CPU control system to automatically compensate the test force lost during the test. The indentation can be directly measured through the digital measuring eyepiece, and it can intuitively show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test number, date and time on the large screen. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. According to the client’s requirement, it can be equipped with video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
l The main body adopts cast iron structure which minimizes the deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than half a year, and its physical properties are stable.
l It adopts a 0.03 level force sensor to ensure precise and error free loading every time.
